TOM Kavanagh’s stunning first-half brace helped Horsham to a convincing victory over a below-par Kingstonian side, their first home league win this year.
Play-off chasing Ks were given an early set back when stalwart keeper Rob Tolfrey was forced off through injury after making an innocuous save.
After knocking on the door in the early stages, the hosts deservedly opened the scoring after a quarter of an hour.
Former Ks man Kavanagh’s dipping free-kick beat both wall and substitute goalkeeper Serine Sanneh was unable to keep it out.
