■ LIAM Nash’s hat-trick helped Hornchurch rout bottom club East Thurrock, move back into a play-off place and extend their unbeaten run to 13 games.
Tom Wraight opened the scoring from the penalty spot after Ollie Muldoon was brought down in the area by Rocks’ keeper, Arthur Janata.
Nash doubled the hosts’ lead a minute before the break when he headed home after some excellent wing play from Tobi Joseph.
