WORTHING maintained their 13-point lead with a routine win against disappointing ten-man Margate.
The first half was a lethargic affair with neither side registering a shot on target until the 37th minute when Jasper Pattenden’s volley was clawed away by Gate keeper Benjamin Bridle-Card.
At half-time, Worthing manager Adam Hinshelwood brought on forwards Reece Myles-Meekums and Dayshonne Golding, who had an instant impact.
