ENFIELD Town kept on the coattails of second-placed Bishop’s Stortford after powering past Merstham in the second half.
The Moatsiders had keeper Pat Ohman to thank for keeping them in the contest, especially in a one-sided first half.
Ohman made a good stop on nine minutes when he blocked Adam Cunnington’s shot.
And two minutes later, he made another great block from Cunnington with his legs.
So, it was a surprise that it took the Towners 26 minutes to open the scoring when Sam Youngs netted from close range.
