ENFIELD Town secured their first win of the season courtesy of two set pieces – the perfect confidence boost ahead of tomorrow’s derby at table-topping Potters Bar.
Town are some distance off last season’s form but deservedly dispatched a very new-look Bowers team that had good spells and showed plenty of endeavour.
And the visitors ended up with more bookings, six in all, than shots, which left Enfield unharmed by Ryan Kirwan’s late dismissal.
