MANAGERLESS Potters Bar fell from the top of the table as they slipped to a second consecutive 5-2 defeat, at a fast-improving Carshalton Athletic. Home striker Femi Akinwande helped himself to a hat-trick as the Robins moved up to fifth. But it was Carshalton stalwart Tommy Bradford pulling the strings in a man of the match performance.
The Robins took the lead when Ollie Cook nodded home Bradford’s corner and added a second when Bradford chested in a pinpoint Calvin Ekpiteta cross after the Robins broke quickly.
