MARGATE will be marginally happier following a stalemate that extends their unbeaten run to four matches.
Successive shutouts on the road, following a midweek win at lowly Kingstonian, are another indicator of gradual improvement under Reece Prestedge.
He has been appointed as manager until the end of the season, a reward for adding nine points to the team’s tally since Andy Drury’s departure on Boxing Day.
