TOMMY Bradford’s firsthalf strike handed victory to Carshalton Athletic to boost their play-off hopes.
The Robins were quick off the mark and a header from Bradford went just over the bar in the opening few seconds.
Matthew Vigor then had a chance in the 17th minute but skied his shot high and wide.
