HORSHAM edged three points closer to the playoffs after despatching promotional rivals Enfield Town.
Jack Strange was counting his lucky stars as a weak clearance almost handed Enfield an early opener before Jack Mazzone came within a whisker himself, forcing an unmarked header over the bar.
But it wasn’t until the 43rd minute that the hosts found a breakthrough after James Richmond clumsily hauled down Tom Kavanagh allowing Mazzone to open the scoring from the spot.
