DEREHAM never got going in this play-off match and were duly punished by a savvy Stotfold showing, as they’ll now compete at Step 5 level next season.
Kurtis Alleyne broke the deadlock four minutes in for the visitors, and couldn’t believe his luck after a long throw-in gave him a golden opportunity from close-range.
The Magpies tried for an immediate response when Luke Johnson crossed for Matt Blake, though the striker couldn’t get any power on his effort.
