DAN Gillespie has been appointed as the new manager of Hellenic Division One side Shortwood United.
Gillespie previously managed Tytherington Rocks, Tuffley Rovers Development, Gala Wilton and Newent Town and holds UEFA B Licence Youth and Senior badges as well as the FAW C Certificate Youth and Senior.
He has appointed Matt Tunley as his assistant with Andrew Moody as goalkeeping coach.
The new management succeeds Ian Soule and Lewis Fogg whose resignations were accepted “with great reluctance”.
