AFC Uckfield Town have appointed Steve Ives as manager of the Southern Combination Premier outfit for the third time.
Ives, who was assistant manager at Tunbridge Wells last season, and has also been with Crowborough, succeeds Jonny Elwood, who stepped down by mutual consent following an end-of season review.
A Town statement said: “Steve’s strong reputation with players, wealth of experience plus his inside knowledge of the club will (we believe) ensure that there is a smooth transition into pre-season and the season ahead.”
