■ AFC DUNSTABLE edged a tight league opener at Hertford, courtesy of a late winner from Cameron Cook. The hosts had the better of the first half with the lively Wilson Bernal fashioning three chances, but they went in at the break goalless.
It was end-to-end at the start of the second half, with Charlie Payne hitting a post for Hertford before sub Johnny Williams slotted home to give the ODs the lead.
