CRAY Wanderers ended 2023 with a first ever home win against Enfield, boosting their hopes of moving away from the bottom four.
The hosts had drawn their last four at home but along with Enfield had lost only one of their last seven matches.
The third-placed visitors began confidently and Sam Young fired over after latching onto a defensive header and then in the 11th minute came close with a powerful shot down the left which Shaun Rowley pushed around the post.
