LEWES recorded a second successive win in blustery conditions at The Dripping Pan.
The strong wind made it difficult in the opening exchanges, with shots at both ends troubling the fans on the terraces rather than the goalkeepers.
Lewes had the best opportunity in the first half when Chris Whelpdale’s header from a Kalvin Lumbombo-Kalala cross appeared to be clawed back from over the line by the Kingstonian keeper Daniel Cruz Domenech.
At the other end, a lastgasp Ronnie Vint tackle prevented Kingstonian taking the lead.
