Hemel Hempstead Town boss Bobby Wilkinson believes his capture of highly-rated Ricardo German is proof that his early summer business policy bears dividends.
The 25-year-old former Crawley Town striker hit 31 league goals for Chesham United last term as they won Southern Premier South.
