SAM Dreyer has followed in his father’s footsteps by securing a move to Torquay United.
John Dreyer represented the Gulls in the 1984/85 season on loan from Oxford United in a career which took in nearly 500 Football League appearances.
Centre-back Sam started at Stevenage before moving on to Peterborough United, enjoying loan spells at Biggleswade, Hendon, Bedford Town and Hampton & Richmond Borough.
