EXPERIENCED defender Paul Downing has become Phil Brown’s first signing of the summer at Kidderminster Harriers.
Downing, 32, has played the vast majority of his career in the EFL, making over 400 career appearances for the likes of West Bromwich Albion, Walsall, Blackburn Rovers and Portsmouth.
Having briefly trained with Harriers last summer, he moved into Non-League with Hereford, playing more than 30 times for the Bulls last term.
