Pete scratches seven-year itch

POPULAR goalkeeper Pete Jameson is back between the sticks at Darlington – seven years after he left.
Jameson played a major part in steering the Quakers to two promotions into National League North, before moving on loan to South Shields in March 2017, and then to Blyth Spartans the following summer.
The 31-year-old stopper was then signed by current Quakers boss Steve Watson at York City before he moved up to the Football League with Harrogate Town, where he played 27 times in League Two.
