THE DEPARTURE of star-striker Cyrus Bruce failed to stunt Rugby Borough in their pursuit of FA Vase progression, with manager Dave Stringer hailing the impact of Shaun Ruzvidzo and Antonio Cristofaro for their part in filling the goal-laden gap.
Bruce, 18, has found pastures new at Step 3 Redditch United this week, leaving his now-former side without an established number nine, something which forced Borough into a different set-up in their comfortable dismantlement of Paget Rangers.
