IT WAS a “Beauty-ful” day for Woking, who left it late to get their name in the hat against Slough Town.
Both the Cards and Rebels refused to shuffle their respective packs, naming unchanged sides in what proved to be an entertaining cup tie.
The hosts started the better and could have opened the scoring had Lewis Walker found a cleaner connection with a Dion Kelly-Evans cross.
But Slough scored first on eight minutes when David Ogbonna delivered a pinpoint cross for former Woking striker Slavi Spasov to turn home.
