A HISTORICAL first ever FA Trophy second Round appearance awaited the winner of this tie.
Chatham had beaten their hosts 2-0 earlier in the season, and should have taken the lead in this tie, but Kofi Anokye Boadi saw his strike saved before the rebound cannoned off the post.
Rhys Byrne had to be at his best again to deny the visitors, saving brilliantly from Simon Cooper’s powerful header.
