AFC SUDBURY and St Ives Town battled to a goalless draw in a closely contested match that kept the Southern League Premier Central table tightly packed.
St Ives had the best early opportunity when Amarillo Kaunda seemed poised to tap the ball into an empty net, but Matty Miles of Sudbury made a crucial clearance off the line.
Sudbury responded with their most dangerous chance, as Josh Allen weaved through defenders in the penalty area, only to have his shot deflected for a corner.
