FORMER Hampton & Richmond boss Mel Gwinnett jumped straight into the action after being appointed Cheshunt boss.
The former Exeter City goalkeeper left the Beavers in the summer despite guiding them to the FA Trophy quarter-final and missing out on a National League South play-off spot by one point.
