CRAY’S faint play-off hopes took a knock as Dover edged a hard fought contest settled by Reuben Soares’ winner.
Wanderers started well and had the first shooting chance in the seventh minute with Nyren Clunis testing Jordan Gillmore.
The visitors came close when Alfie Matthews’ free-kick was tipped over by Shaun Rowley. Cray took the lead on 23 minutes with a cracker from Josh Williams, cutting in from the left and letting fly.
