■ WITHAM edged out their hosts in a lively clash with nothing riding on it.
Both sides had ample chances to score more, but it took a moment of quality to break the deadlock ten minutes from time.
With no immediate options ahead of him, Liam Whipps sent a pile-driver of a shot from 25 yards beyond the dive of Josh Pope.
Earlier in the match, Jake Chambers-Shaw had two glorious chances to give Mildenhall the lead but couldn’t convert.
