■REDHILL were crowned surprise Premier South champions after Charley Penny’s dramatic 93rd minute handed them them a 1-0win at Guildford City.
Until Friday, it had seemed a formality that Jersey Bulls, with their superior goal difference, would land the title by winning their final game, at home to struggling Sandhurst Town.
