■REDHILL were crowned surprise Premier South champions after Charley Penny’s dramatic 93rd minute handed them them a 1-0win at Guildford City.
Until Friday, it had seemed a formality that Jersey Bulls, with their superior goal difference, would land the title by winning their final game, at home to struggling Sandhurst Town. However, the Bulls were suddenly docked three points and fined £120 after admitting fielding an ineligible player in March (see back page).
