SEAGULLS IN SECOND PREMIER CUP SHOCK

COLWYN BAY have made it into the semi-finals of the JD Cup for the first time in 30 years after Connah’s Quay Nomads became their second Premier League scalp.
Two stunning second half goals from the Seagulls made it consecutive giant killing acts as they added the Nomads to their list of triumphs, having taken down Cardiff Metropolitan University 1-0 at home in the previous round.
They will be joined in the last four by Penybont, who had to come from behind to eventually overcome plucky JD Cymru South outfit Taffs Well 3-2.
