CONGLETON Town are loving life back in the Northern Premier League after an absence of 23 years.
The buoyant Bears found themselves second in NPL West ahead of yesterday’s trip to Runcorn Linnets.
“If somebody had offered me 10 points from our first five games, I would have taken it, especially after our first game [3-0 home defeat to Trafford] when we were the poorest we have been for two years,” explained proud manager Richard Duffy.
