Jordan Wynter leaves relegated Woking for Maidstone

Maidstone boss Jay Saunders has began preparations for next season by bringing in defender Jordan Wynter from .
The defender featured 30 times for Woking last season but was unable to prevent the Cards from dropping out of the on the final day of the season.
Wynter came through the youth system at Arsenal before enjoying spells with Bristol City, Cheltenham Town, and before making the move to the Kingfield Stadium last summer.
Maidstone boss Jay Saunders told the club’s official website, “I am delighted to get Jordan on board – one of a few new additions we’ll be seeing in the coming weeks. At 24, he’s got a lot of experience but there’s plenty more to come from him as well.
“I like that he gives me options in defence and across the midfield, which you need when running with a relatively small squad.
“He’s a very athletic player who’ll bring a different dynamic to the team.”
The 24-year-old is Saunders’ first signing of what promises to be another busy summer at the Gallagher Stadium.
