Dover Athletic have complete the signing of defender Kevin Lokko on a permanent deal from Stevenage after he impressed during a loan spell with the Whites last season.
Lokko, who has penned a two-year deal at the Crabble, made 12 appearances for Dover towards the back end of the last campaign as Chris Kinnear’s side narrowly missed out on the play-offs.
The England C international came through the youth ranks at Norwich before joining Colchester in 2014.
Transfers to Welling and Maidstone followed before the defender secured a move back to the Football League with Stevenage in the summer of 2017.
However, Lokko failed to break into the first team picture at Broadhall Way and had loan spells with both Dagenham & Redbridge and Dover during the last campaign.
