Josh Koroma signs new contract at Leyton Orient

National League side have received a major boost with the news that midfielder Josh Koroma has put pen to paper on a new two year deal at the club.
The 19-year-old broke into the first team picture at Orient last season and has gone on to become a crucial player in Justin Edinburgh’s squad.
In total, Koroma has made 63 appearances for Leyton Orient so far, scoring 10 times.
The midfielder netted his first goal of the season in last week’s 2-0 victory at Maidstone.
Speaking to Leyton Orient’s official website, Koroma said, “When I was 15, [Leyton Orient] gave me my first chance by signing me to the academy. Then making my debut here, its a special Club to me and my family so being able to stay here for another two years is fantastic”.
Head Coach Justin Edinburgh said, “He’s earned the new contract. For me, the most important thing for any players is his attitude and his has been first-class and he’s certainly improved. He’s got a bright future as long as he continues to work as hard as he has since I’ve been here.”
