Dagenham & Redbridge have raided National League rivals Maidstone United to bring in striker Shamir Mullings on a loan deal until the end of the season.
The 24-year-old front man joined Maidstone over the summer after leaving League Two side Forest Green Rovers and has featured 12 times for The Stones this season, finding the net on two occasions.
Mullings began his career with Southend and has represented a host of clubs during his short career thus far, including the likes of Bromley, Havant & Waterlooville and Chelmsford City.
Speaking to Dagenham’s official club website after completing his move, Mullings said, “I’m so excited, I just can’t wait to come and get started.
“I can’t wait to be working with Peter Taylor this season”
The Daggers are currently sitting in 22nd position in the National League table. The face a home game against Ebssflett Union on Saturday.
