COLE STOCKTON has bounced back from his Wembley disappointment with Tranmere Rovers to sign for SPL giants Hearts.
The 23-year-old striker scored eight goals in his final 11 games for Rovers, only for Micky Mellon’s men to suffer a play-off final defeat by Forest Green last month.
But, on arriving to sign a two-year deal with the Jambos this week, Stockton said: “Wembley’s a lot bigger than Tynecastle – but this will be brilliant when it’s full.”
