RYAN DONALDSON will bring much needed promotion nous to Hartlepool United according to boss Craig Harrison.
The 26-year-old was a big factor in Cambridge United’s double-winning season in 2013-14. He scored twice in their FA Trophy win against Gosport Borough before returning to Wembley later in the season to score the winner in the promotion final against former club Gateshead.
Harrison, who has re-signed Carl Magnay, said: “He knows what it takes to get promoted and win games.”
