KHALSA HOME IN NEW £1M REVAMP

SPORTING Khalsa are set to install a £1 million 3G pitch at their Aspray Arena stadium.
The ambitious Midland League Premier Division outfit became the first Asian club in Britain to own their own ground in when they purchased it from Willenhall Town in 2010.
Now they have 16 teams, both male and female, and aim to expand that to 24 once the new pitch is laid.
Khalsa have been given a £579,564 grant via the Football Foundation from the Premier League and the FA Facilities Fund, and another £75,000 for the stadium from Sport England.
