MARCUS BIGNOT hailed Chester’s siege mentality after they won away in the league for the first time since August.
Harry White’s first league goal for the Blues was enough to beat an Ebbsfleet side whose boss Daryl McMahon blamed “Sunday League defending” for the winner.
Fleet dominated possession but lacked a cutting edge and the visitors’ stubborn defence got the job done.
