FC HALIFAX TOWNeased their relegation worries thanks to a vital victory over Boreham Wood, who missed the opportunity to move up to second.
Matty Brown gave the home side a deserved halftime lead but when Morgan Ferrier hammered in the equaliser five minutes after the restart it seemed only be one team would go on to claim all three points.
However, out of nothing, Town regained their lead thanks to Mike Fondop- Talom’s clever finish to ensure only Wood’s second defeat in 12 games.
