PUNJAB United have been confirmed as champions of the Southern Counties East Division One after rivals K Sports finished top on points.
A league disciplinary commission found K Sports guilty of fielding suspended Caine Smith while under suspension in their game against FC Elmstead on March 20.
K Sports, who have also been fined, have told the league that they will not be appealing against the decision, which has cost them three points.
But they will still go up to the top flight along with Punjab, who hav now won back-to-back promotions
