EVO-STIK Southern League club Dorchester Town have moved a step closer to having a 3G pitch for next season after it was announced that the grass at the Avenue Stadium will be uprooted on Tuesday.
“It’s a massive step and we’re really excited”, chairman Matt Lucas told EchoSport. “The grass is being sprayed before the contractors come in on May 8, then they will begin taking away all the excess.
