STALYBRIDGE climbed into the top ten of the Evo-Stik League Premier Division as they put the Gladiators to the sword in a one-sided encounter at Bower Fold.
Matlock were only able to record two shots on target in the entire game, the first from Tom Davie, which led to the corner from which Craig Westcarr turned home Town’s 89thminute consolation.
The rest of the game was dominated by Celtic, with the visitors pinned in their own half for long periods.
