YORK CITY fans have rushed to claim their own piece of club history – a special commemorative shirt unveiled by legendary goalkeeper Graeme Crawford. The maroon shirt, which features the famous white ‘Y-Front’ design of the mid- 1970s, celebrates the club’s farewell at Bootham Crescent. Supplied by Under Armour, the shirt combines with the club’s original coat of arms with current club crest and will be worn by the National League North club in the final game of the season against AFC Telford United on April 27.
