NIKO MUIR bagged the winner as Hartlepool United picked up their first victory of the season at York Road, ending Maidenhead United’s unbeaten start in the process.
Former Hendon striker Muir, a half-time substitute for the injured Nicke Kabamba, grabbed the only goal, turning home the loose ball after Taye Ashby-Hammond saved well from Ryan Donaldson in the 55th minute.
