MANAGERLESS AFC Fylde put an end to a four-game league losing streak with a fine victory at Boreham Wood – and earned the praise of joint caretaker-boss John Hills.
After goals from Andy Taylor and Dan Bradley earned victory, Hills told The NLP: “I couldn’t have asked for more. It was a solid performance by the lads. I’m really proud of them.”
In an encounter between the two previous seasons’ promotion final runners-up, it was the Coasters who came out deserved winners and moved out of the drop zone in the process.
