PETER Taylor missed Dagenham’s defeat at Hartlepool United as he recovers from knee surgery. Watching the game back on DVD will do little to aid his mood. His side gave the most limited of performances, and lost to a single second-half goal. They looked to play on the counter-attack, but offered little.
