CAV Miley’s equaliser on the stroke of half-time enabled Eastleigh to maintain their unbeaten start with a point against promoted Altrincham, who had bossed the game for the opening 35 minutes.
Miley’s 44th-minute strike, from Eastleigh’s ninth corner, cancelled out the lead Yusifu Ceesay had given the visitors.
Eastleigh manager Ben Strevens felt ‘frustrated’ his side had conceded their embryo top-table spot by not making it nine points from three matches, but conceded a draw was a fair result.
