AFC Fylde continued their 100% start to the season as they ground out victory against
Farsley Celtic.
After a goalless opening 45 minutes, it took strikes from Nathan Shaw and Ben Tollitt to secure the points for the hosts.
Farsley had the first big chance of the game in just the third minute, when Jordan Richards delivered an excellent cross for Jimmy Spencer whose effort was saved from point-blank range by Chris Neal.
The clearest opening for the hosts came on the brink of half-time as Kurt Willoughby drifted into space at the back post, but ...
