AMBITIOUS Chesterfield have fired out a warning to their National League rivals with a trio of new signings.
Boss James Rowe has snapped up midfielder Jack Clarke, 22, who impressed on loan from Aston Villa last season.
Scottish winger Calvin Miller, 23, has arrived from Harrogate Town via a loan spell at Notts County, turning out for the Magpies against Chesterfield in the play-offs.
The Spireites have also swooped for right-back Jeff King, 25, following his departure from FC Halifax. He was named in the National League Team of the Year after his impressive displays for the Shaymen.
