IN A tight, hard-fought encounter at Meadow Park, it was Boreham Wood who came out on top courtesy of a 65th minute winner from centre-back Jamal Fyfield which gave Luke Garrard’s men their second victory in a row, while the visitors Aldershot Town suffered a second defeat.
Fyfield headed home Frankie Raymond’s corner to settle the points against a young Shots side who made it difficult for them throughout.
