PHIL Parkinson’s Altrincham continued their resurgence in form with a well-earned victory against Eastleigh, despite a late rally from the Spitfires, that inflicts their third defeat in a row.
Goals from loanee Elliott Newby and a late Ryan Colclough strike were enough to take the points despite visitors’ top scorer Danny Whitehall pulling a goal back in stoppage time to spark a tense late finale.
